<ul class="hidden"><li>Acceptable documents include Passport, Driving License, Birth Certificate, Name Affidavit, Marriage Certificate, Residence Permit, and Government-issued photo ID.</li><li>Normally, two identity documents are added to the CGFNS portal, but three are needed if certificates show different names.</li><li>Notarize and upload identity documents to the portal.</li></ul>

What Documents You Will Need

CGFNS is the initial step in NZNC processing.

CGFNS International verifies your identity, credentials, employment, and language proficiency.

Personal, identity, education, employment, licence, and language details are added on the CGFNS Portal.

Completion requires a $300 payment, accepted via international transaction-enabled Visa or Mastercard.

Within last 5 years of Active Licence Registration Verification

CGFNS validity is 1 year, renewable at $120 if necessary.

The draft of notarized documents of which ID document is uploaded should be uploaded on the portal.

Verification forms are generated within 3-4 business days post-payment.

We guide you through the forms via Google Meet or Zoom, typically between 9 AM and 5:30 PM during your available hours.

<ul class="hidden"><li>Provide evidence of your education qualifications for nursing practice leading to licensing/registration.</li><li>CGFNS will communicate how to submit this information via email after your initial application.</li><li>For direct submission by your education institution:<ol><li>Send a nursing education form (downloadable from the Applicant Portal).</li><li>Include a complete academic transcript, detailing courses and credit/clock hours.</li></ol></li><li>Include supplemental documentation based on your country/jurisdiction:<ol><li>Related Learning Experience (Philippines).</li><li>School and university mark sheets (India).</li><li>Diploma supplement (European Union countries).</li><li>Evidence of your clinical experience hours (United States).</li></ol></li><li>If directed to submit education information yourself:<ol><li>Complete a legal self-declaration to CGFNS about your nursing education.</li><li>Upload copies of your academic transcript and qualification certificate.</li><li>Request these documents from your academic institution when advised by CGFNS.</li></ol></li></ul>

Education History

<ul class="hidden"><li>Demonstrate English language abilities in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through approved language proficiency test results, unless you qualify for an English Language Evidence Pathway (see below).</li><li>Approved Testing Vendors and Required Scores:<ul><li>Occupational English Test (OET)</li><li>Prior to August 2018: Minimum B in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.</li><li>After September 2018: Minimum 350 in reading, listening, and speaking, and 300 in writing.</li><li>International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Academic Module</li><li>Minimum 7 in Reading, Listening, and Speaking, and 6.5 in Writing.</li></ul></li><li>You can achieve the required scores over multiple test sittings but within 12 months of the first test and three years of CGFNS report transmission to the Nursing Council.</li><li>English Language Evidence Pathways may apply if your nursing education was conducted in English in certain countries (UK, Singapore, Ireland, Canada, or the USA) or if your registration in these countries required English language testing.</li><li>CGFNS will submit alternate pathway requests to NCNZ with the CVS-NCNZ program report.</li><li>Note: Failure to provide English Proficiency Testing evidence within a year and ineligibility for alternate pathways will result in order expiration.</li></ul>
